Shipping & Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@icarus-jewels.com with your order number.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will gladly replace or refund your order at no additional cost to you.
